I had some trouble updating chromium (snaps wouldn't update) so I did something and I managed to get it to update but it updated snapd. I think the installation of snapd broke (or maybe I broke it). I remember it saying something along the lines of "restart gnome app snaps". It appeared stuck so I pressed Ctrl-C, closed the terminal and restarted. Now it won't recognize the chromium installation I have. Chromium works fine. What do I do? I just upgraded to 19.10 in case that fixes it but no. Thanks for your help.

I reinstalled Chromium and it's fixed. Luckily syncing works well.
