I have an older (Lenovo ThinkCentre, I5, second generation with 6GB of RAM). I need something a little faster, and have had my eye on a Lenovo M900 6th generation machine (the M900 Tiny) that are just now becoming available at reasonable prices.

However, I can’t find any definitive answer regarding whether it will run Ubuntu 18.04. The Lenovo website says it will run 14.04, but that’s not helpful.

I need an internet capable system, but want a system that will do audio/video editing and other resource hogging activities at some point in the near future.

Does anyone on the forum use the M900 Tiny with Ubuntu, and does it run well? I’m open to suggestions for other systems and don’t care/need any Windows compatibility or dual booting involving any Microsoft product.

If there is a more appropriate place for this post, please advise.

TIA
