How can I reorder the icons for my various apps? Drag and drop does not work. Ubuntu 19.10

Howdy,

It seems you have to click the icon and start dragging right away or it opens the menu for the icon. Here's a screen record of me giving it a try.

The quick drag and drop works for everything except the trash icon which is the one I want to move.

PS That isn't my email address

I had to disable the experimental views via:

gsettings set org.gnome.nautilus.preferences use-experimental-views false
BTW: Nemo is what I use now in lieu of Nautilus.

To remove the trash icon, got to the software center and install gnome tweaks, then launch it, then click Extensions, then click the gear icon to the right of Desktop Icons, then you'll see the option to turn off the icon.
I made just uploaded a video for it here https://youtu.be/fcTxCAWz3Ns
