many xfce.org servers are down, including archive.xfce.org (source downloads), blog.xfce.org, bugzilla.xfce.org, forum.xfce.org, git.xfce.org, and mail.xfce.org. it looks like 138.48.0.0/16 is no longer announcing routes. i have no direct contacts or other info, but with that much down, i'd hope they will notice, quickly.

Université de Namur, in Belgium, with around 6600 students, has a /16 network allocation (138.48.0.0/16), way more than a school of that size would need, these days. its routing announcements via AS2611 have, apparently, been shut off. my guess is the allocation is being transferred on October 1. maybe they have sold it. it could get a lot of money. apparently many machines have not been renumbered. dealing with this will depend on the arrangement they have with UN.
