I want to duel boot lubantu on my laptop for coding since it only has 4gb ram and slow AMD processr but I am stucked after clicking start lubantu button

The kernel indicates that the hard drive is hibernated - by Windows ? -

Boot back into Windows and completely shut Windows down; such then that Windows releases control of the hard drive,

I am new so plz be more specific I am trying to install lubantu in dual boot but after clicking start ubbunto button screens start flashing ubantu bootloader and some random processes log started flashing

I posted about that in my pervious post but the method he telled me never worked for me he said to shut off windows properly now after I am stucked again at
upower.service

What video card/chip?

May be best to see details, use ppa version with your live installer (2nd option) or any working install, not older Boot-Repair ISO:
