Unable to install ubuntu in latest HP Spectre x360 15t model

Hi,
I just bought a new HP spectre x360 15t model and am trying to install ubuntu 18.04 along with the preloaded windows 10 (dual boot) but it gets stuck in the very beginning splash screen with dots. How can I proceed for the installation?
