I would love to know if/how I can change the default settings of the lock screen on-screen keyboard to show numbers and symbols on one panel - instead of having to press buttons to show them. Entering a secure password is painfully tedious currently. There is plenty of screen real-estate for this. It's not like there's really anything else on the screen to worry about the keyboard covering it. Anyone know if this can be done?

As a side note, even if there's only a general option that will also affect my keyboard layout I'd love to know. The lock screen is almost the only place I use the on-screen keyboard, anyway. I have a bluetooth keyboard that frequently disconnects while the screen is locked and can't be re-connected until bluetooth is switched off and back on - which can't be done from the lock screen. Of course, that's also an issue to be solved, but I suspect the on-screen keyboard might be easier to fix.
