Is Ubuntu 19.04 worth upgrading to?

I am new to Ubuntu and I have Ubuntu 18.04 on my computer. The major problem I have is with the built in wifi adapter not working. Would it be worth upgrading to 19.04?
edit: when I said new to Ubuntu I meant new on this computer. I have tried Ubuntu before but not a dual boot.

Bear in mind that 19.04 is NON-LTS. Only a 9 month support span.
