PPA for Otter Browser is broken

I'm sure this is the wrong group, but the PPA for Otter Browser cannot be installed. It complains about keys. Please fix it.

No one here is an Canonical employee, so I'm not sure how you think your demand will be met. If you are asking for support please create a proper thread without making demands of forum members, and provide full information (e.g. terminal output regarding the key in question).
