I have created a genuine mess in my current 18.04 install so I am going to do a clean install. This time I am thinking about installing kubuntu this time around as that will give me access to kde which seems to be the choice for a lot of software fonts. Anyway, one of the problems is setting up a 4k display. I have done this with my current installation but all I remember is pain and time when I did it before (at least a year ago). I am wondering if anybody has a link that will explain how to do it right this time around as I remembered I flayed around a lot before I got it right.

This is my video controller stuff. I am also using a 65" samsung tv for my monitor

*-display (sudo lshw -c video)

Thank you...............
