Window Manager Not Showing Themes

Created a folder in the home directory .themes

Downloaded the following theme: https://www.xfce-look.org/p/1214931/
Extracted and moved the folder to the .themes folder.

Went to appearance and changed it to the correct theme. Then went to window manager but it's not showing up. I tried to look for solutions but couldn't find any. What am i missing here?

You're looking in the wrong place. It's a GTK-Theme, not a xfwm4-theme, so instead of "Settings -> Window Manager->Style" you should try "Settings -> Appearance".
