19.04: Show action to permanently delete files and folders

In the nautilus prefs, there is a checkbox to "Show action to permanently delete files and folders." This worked great up until 19.04; now even though I have that box checked, I don't get the option to permanently delete any more when I right click.

Any way to get it back?

Works here on 19.04 and gnome-shell session; which DE is yours ?

Check the permissions of the file you're clicking on.
