Hello

In a word , yes, though you may want supply some more information about the computer and operating system you are booting with. Windows 10 can require some extra work. If you use UEFI or Bios is helpful to know as well as what the partition table consists of .

You will need to clarify what you mean by that. Installing using a Live CD to dual boot with another OS on your computer, obviously yes. Dual booting, meaning having multiple operating systems on a LIve CD/DVD/usb is possible but can't be done with a few mouse clicks. What exactly do you want to do?
