Erase and install option is not there on Lubuntu 18.10

I'm installing Lubuntu 18.10 on a HP Stream 13. I normaly use the erase all and install option but is not there. I manually created 2 partitions (one / with the boot argument and one /boot/efi with esp argument). The installation process is stuck at 42%. I want to know if I made a mistake when creating the partitions.

It complains that your /boot/efi doesn't look like an EFI partition. How have you partitioned your hard drive?
