Why are you posting? The boot repair output shows that you are booting from a Linux Mint on a usb and you have a 119GB drive with nothing on it, no partitions or filesystem. Interestingly, the efibootmgr output shows and entry for Linpux Lite. Did this computer come with Linpus Lite. What are your intentions? Do you want to install Mint?

You show no evidence of Windows or any NTFS partitions.
You do show this error:
Invalid MBR Signature found.
So you may have NTFS partitions that cannot be seen.
But new systems are required by vendors to use UEFI with gpt partitioning, not MBR partitioning.
And you do not have a Windows UEFI boot entry in UEFI boot menu.
Generally better to use Windows tools for Windows.
Does testdisk show anything on sda?

Please use code tags with longer text or terminal output.
Easy to add code tags with forum's advanced editor and # icon.
What does this show?
sudo gdisk -l /dev/sda
But you are not showing NTFS anywhere. Did you overwrite entire drive with previous install?

In post 6, you show the following: Partition table type: EFI GPT and just below that it shows: Bad GPT partition, invalid signature
It looks like everything was deleted regarding windows including the EFI, system and recovery partitions. If there is any possibility, I expect you would need some type of windows software.

If system is a newer UEFI system, it has product key inside UEFI. So if you reinstall in UEFI boot mode, it will automatically use valid product key.
Product key now in UEFI/BIOS
