I have just bought a brand new notebook namely HP 14-ck0023TU / Intel Silver N5000 / Windows10 Home / 4Gb RAM / 500 Gb HDD. I have been using Lubuntu 18.10 since last August 2018 in my 11 year-old Compaq notebook without dual boot. Now I'd like to do dual boot in my new notebook. But I will be very sorry to say goodbye to beloved Lubuntu, can you please teach me the advantage of Ubuntu compared to Lubuntu?

Nobody can, only you. That's by trying it yourself.
If you love Lubuntu, you could install that, alongside your Windows, and in Lubuntu install ubuntu-desktop.
That way you can choose booting Lubuntu or Ubuntu.
One caveat though: I haven't installed Ubuntu alongside Windows for ten+ years, I forgot the existence of Windows entirely since then.

Lubuntu is basically a lighter version of Ubuntu. Ubuntu is better documented and although much of what you do on Ubuntu can be done on Lubuntu, not everything will be alike. If you are going to install Ubuntu alongside windows 10, I would suggest that your first step be to read the Ubuntu documentation at the link below.

In addition, I would consider Xubuntu. If you're a student or just need to use Office like components, install the full LibreOffice Suite. Like Ubuntu, Xubuntu is fully documented and is a full OS. It can also be installed alongside Win. BUT. .. you must have 2 partitions. So, you could ....
1. Use Windows to Resize you Disk into two Partitions approx. 250 GB each, keeping Win in Partition 1.
2. Then install Xubuntu onto Partition 2. You will need to download the ISO file https://xubuntu.org/download/ and burn it onto a CD. Then use that CD to install Ubuntu onto Partition 2.
You will then have a Dual Boot system - choosing either Windows or Ubuntu / Xubuntu / Lubuntu whchever you installed. I find it useful that on my Dual Boot Laptop, I can access any Win Directory from the Xubuntu side.
CAVEAT: You will notice in posts under Install or Upgrade or Networking, that people are experiencing problems with getting internect connection with v18.04, depending on their brand of NIC and the mods Canonical did with the Network Manager. Therefore, personally I would ONLY recommend using v16.04. Just saying ... from my experience, those issues are still unresolved.
Peace,
Rick
