Hello,

Kubuntu 18.10
Installed sucessfully on Huawei Matebook m5

Everything seems to work well, using the Keyboard from the cover.

However, using the touchscreen only has some issues :

1) Tab to click is not working. So, eg. I cannot click on the starter. It moves the pointer there, buit does not open the menue. Similarily other left click events do not work, like clicking any ok or submitt or that like. Other functionality works well, also multi touch e.g. two finger scrolling.

Looking at the xkbevd output, it seems to produce the same event like a left click, but no action :

compatState = 0x00, ptr_buttons= 0x0100*

2) While in sddm there is an icon on the bottom left to open a on screen keyboard, there isn't in Plasma after login. Also, no keyboard opens when clicking on Text fields or that like.
I was searching a Widget, but there is also no on screen keyboard widget that I could find

3) Power buttons seem not to work, so even if I set to go to standby when power button press, it doesn't happen.

Any ideas ?

Cheers
