I'm looking to install a lghtweight Linux distro on my neighbor's laptop, which is a ten years old Dell (D630, will work with Linux). Lubuntu is probably the sanest choice here. On Lubuntu's download page, only 18.10 and 16.04 LTS are listed. The other Ubuntu flavors have 18.04 LTS versions, except apparently Lubuntu. Is the download page in error or is there in fact no 18.04 LTS for Lubuntu?

The Lubuntu page is the lubuntu.me one. That has the 18.04 LTS image on the Downloads page. I'm not sure what the lubuntu.net page is.

Thank you! Yes, I had looked at the lubuntu.net site, since that was also Google's first hit. I appreciate you posting the .me page, I'll grab the LTS from there.

Both pages seem to be OK, as both link to the same download pages. The one to 18.04(.1) image, and the other to 18.10
I think 18.04 or 18.04.1 is the better choice as it is an LTS image.Don't know how long this is supported in Lubuntu, though.
3 years, 5 years?

Anyhow, better to find out and check the checksums, if possible from different source(s) to be sure.
