Installation stucks (clock screen)

Hello,

I am installing Ubuntu 18.0.4.1 via USB-Stick on my desktop PC (discrete&empty disk).

Everything run well till now (time zone setting etc. already done), but now there is only clock screen shown for 2hours and absolutely nothing happens.

In the middle, some arrows are moving from down to up, I can not select any menue.

Does somebody has a idea?
Should I reboot?

Solved by Re-Installation ("Automatically update during installation process" was now deactivated, seems to be root cause)
