Want to check compatibility of 18.04 on Inspiron 3567

Hello, I've been using a Dell Inspiron 3567 with Ubuntu 17.04 for more than a year now.

Laptop Configuration -
Processor - i5 7200U
RAM - 8GB
Graphics - Integrated Intel + Radeon R5 M430

Using Ubuntu 17.04 has been fairly uneventful as opposed to Ubuntu 16.04 (16.04 was very problematic as far as Radeon R5 M430 was concerned).

I want to upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04. I would like to ask the kind souls here, whether this is compatible with my hardware.

It is difficult to find any evidence pointing towards the compatibility of a hardware configuration to a Ubuntu version.

Has anybody here successfully installed and used Ubuntu 18.04 on Radeon R5 M430?

I suggest you just try the live disk of 18.04. 17.04 has been dead for quite a while already, so I suggest you get to a supported release soon. Make it a fresh install of 18.04, not an upgrade.
