I have a Dell Latitude 7350 that I'm trying to use with Kubuntu 18.10. This model of laptop is one of those with a keyboard that detaches fromtthe display allowing for you to use the display as a stand-alone tablet when desired. KDE doesn't seem to auto-detect when I rotate the screen like Gnome does so I was thinking I could just create a launcher on the panel to do that for me. The thing is, I can use xrandr to rotate the screen easily but the touch input is inverted. How can I rotate the screen and have touch input rotate long with it so that the two are aligned?

A couple other things I've noticed are that the mouse and keyboard inpuit sometimes gets a bit weird after re-attaching the display to the keyboard. Any idea how I can tell the X server to reset inputs or something when I reattach the tablet to the keyboard?
