Hi Newbie here so bear with me. V18.10 iso file burned to DVD. Live disk loads OK. Hardware is a Panasonic Toughbook model CF-Y2FWPZZBM, Intel Pentium M processor 1.50 GHz, Bios V4.50L10, 1024MB RAM, HDD ATA Toshiba MK6025GA. When I try to install Lubuntu to HDD I get: "The installation failed to create a partition on disk "ATA Toshiba MK6025GA"
HDD passes integrity tests. HDD is blank as previous attempts have erased the drive. I have tried the default install option as well as custom partitioning with the same results.
Any help appreciated.
