Hello I'm new in ubuntu I try to use ubuntu and I install it on my laptop from live usb first I erase all from HDD after installation I remove usb drive and boot cannot be found and computer cannot see HDD drive please help me what I do ?

Which version of Ubuntu did you install? What are your computer's hardware specs? Did you install in UEFI or MBR?

It will be best to see exactly where you are at present so go to Boot-Repair in my signature below and follow the instructions there to run the Boot-Info-Script.

Do not run the default repair just yet but simply copy back here the pastebin link you get which will show us a lot more about your system.
