How do I set the transparency of Nautilus ver 3.26.4 (i.e the file manager) in Ubuntu 18.04?

With gnome-shell/mutter I'd think no way, with unity/compiz it can be done thru the Opacity, Brightness, Saturation plugin.
(transparency in a file manager seems a bit distracting..

@mc4man :(. I was hoping someone has such a solution given nautilus is used and that I can change the transparency of the terminal.

Thank you.
