Hello,

I'm currently using Kubuntu 18.04 LTS, and I want to know if some of you have a similar problem like me.

Sometimes, when I start my computer, the taskbar menu, doesn't appear. After a reboot or two the menu is shown again.

Just like this: https://i.imgur.com/ov8OF7D.png

When I don't have the menu, the computer also doesn't connect to internet. I start Firefox using Alt + F2, but no connection.

I suspect that this has something to do when I start my laptop with a second monitor connected. I move the Display settings to make the external display the first one, but every time I start again, the config is back again to defaults, with the laptop screen showing a part of the ext monitor (the external has bigger resolution). Maybe sometimes can't load the config properly, and I'm left without taskbar, nor a full environment.

If anyone know what I can check out when I start without taskbar, it would be greatly appreciated.
