I created a local mirror of Bionic in order to do some network installs on machines that don't have internet access. The mirror creation appear to be successful, but when I tried my first install it failed with a file not found message for apt-mirror-setup_0.104ubuntu5_all.udeb. Sure enough, that file is not in my mirror, and upon further inspection I see that I don't have any udeb files at all. We have another local mirror of Xenial that has over 200 udeb's in it. Should they be there in my Bionic mirror too? If so, how do I get them?
