Exiting TVTime automatically mutes the active audio device.

I'm running xUbuntu 18.04.
TVTime works as expected. I don't run audio into the capture card, as it's routed to an external device.

Closing TVTime automatically mutes the active audio device in PulseAudio manager.

I can always go into settings and un-mute it.

I'm wondering if there's a TVTime setting I've missed where I can tell it not to mute the active audio device on exit.
