Like said in the title, can I install Wine 3.5 (Staging) or newer versions of wine on ubuntu 18.04?
At the moment I've installed wine-3.13 (Staging).

3.13 is newer, The count goes 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, ... 3.9, 3.10, 3.11 ...
3.11 is the earliest release in the repository at winehq.org for which there are packages for 18.04.
