Hello,

I got my hands on a HP Pavilion dv6-1253cl (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01754896).
-I tried to install Ubuntu Mate 18.04.
-I installed ISO.
-The Ubuntu Mate GUI loaded after the install
-Then I deleted all the windows vista files.
-I rebooted, and then it asked for a missing boot loader

-I used gparted and removed all the partitions on the disk,
-I created a partition with ext3 file system
-I rebooted , got an error message, there is no boot device.

Now I'm stuck. I dont know what to do :

I tried to go in the BIOs, but it appears to detect windows vista is installed or it states that vista is the preinstalled software.
This does not look like UEFI.

I'm completely noob.
Please help.
