There is some problem when I boot Ubuntu live it seems to be a problem with the graphic controlers but I don't know how fix it
I already proved Ubuntu 15, 16, 18.

laptop features:
Graphics: AMD radeon vega 8.
Processor: Ryzen 5
12 Ram

It seems like a relatively "normal" issue with Ryzen + Vega: https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2394903 The fix is apparently to update MESA and the Kernel, but that's not easy during an install process. You may have better luck with Manjaro or Mint.
