Hi all.I've just started using Ubuntu today(18.04).I want to install Open CV .I'm following the procedure from Pyimagesearch
https://www.pyimagesearch.com/2018/05/28/ubuntu-18-04-how-to-install-opencv/

when I typed in this I got unable to locate package.

sudo apt-get install libavcodec-dev libavformat-dev libwscale-dev lib41-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package libwscale-dev
E: Unable to locate package lib41-dev

can you please tell me how I can resolve this?
Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum!

Please use code tags - if you are using New Reply button - highlight text and use the # button in the text box header.

If using Quick Reply then
at the beginning and at the end.

In the future please combine all the code into one post instead of creating several.

Thanks

libv4l-dev > that's a small L.
libswscale-dev > you missed the first S.

All else looks fine.
