The target computer is an old Dell computer that only uses EFI, 32 bit OSs. I installed LUbuntu on it once, (I don't have the password for it). I cannot get it to boot to the installation live USB stick. I have tried unetbootin, and pendrivelinux installers. I am also using FAT32 and I tried flagging the partition as boot, GRUB, etc. I have tried manual boot attempts and setting the USB as first boot priority, but each time I just get the error: Operating System Missing.

Solved. I had to opt to format in universal usb installer settings.
