Yes, I'm having the same problem. I've only experienced it with VS Code?

Same here. Started about 3 days ago, don't have any idea how to fix.

I have had this issue on different machines. I don't seem to be doing anything special when it happens. It's usually soon after logging in for the first time when I'm loading up multiple tabs in Firefox.

I have the same issues on my desktop pc.
First it started to unexpectedly loggin out with no reason in april 2018,
when i first started to try xubuntu-18.04-desktop-amd64

I thought that the problem would be fixed up to now,
just installed xubuntu-18.04.3 (august 2019 installer),
and the problem still persists.

logging out for no reason after any activity (5-15-45 minutes), after fresh install.
The screen first makes blank (black), and then it turns to log in screen. Ofcourse, all previously opened software flushes and being closed. Only mounted disks and point left as mounted.

Added kern.log attachement, if someone is interested for system logs.
(btw, i use AMD Radeon videocard)
