There is a Gnome screensaver running that I don't know how to disable:
rwalk 1729 1032 0 08:03 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/gnome-settings-daemon/gsd-screensaver-proxy

How do I get light-locker working?

again?

What session are you trying to run it in?
Is it already running?

ps aux | grep [l]ight-locker
light-locker-command --lock
