The update of 5/29/18 hijacked some of my screen colors. Also, I can't change Themes. The problem started IMMEDIATELY after updating.
1) Screen Colors - The "selection color" is now orange. I had set a different color, been in place for years. How do I change this color back?
2) Screen Colors - The "dropdown menu" is now black. I had set a different color, been in place for years. How do I change this color back?
3) Screen Colors - The "slider color", that moves the displayed screen, is now orange. I had set a different color, been in place for years. How do I change this color back?
4) Themes - appear locked, I can't change them at all.
I use Gnome Flashback Metacity.
This problem was solved by booting into Unity, setting the Theme, then rebooting into Gnome, after which all was ok. The problem was caused by the update locking the Theme into Ambiance.
