I have multiple monitors that are configured like :https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zz_FMqh0sftZWl-PL458oJHb3RiO9xS1/view?usp=sharing

If a parent window on monitor 2 spawns a window it spills over to monitor 3 as in : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1InpwimsFrIJ8Vz2tDH_nqoS28sUXlTdU/view?usp=sharing

where there is a button that starts to the right of the check box "simplify page". Monitor 3 is a projector that is usually not on so access to the button is lost. This is not a problem if the parent window is on monitor 1 either because the spawned window does not extend to Monitor 2 or because Monitor 2 is on and the content is visible.

Is there a way to control where daughter windows spawn?
Thanks for any thoughts.
