Using the Power Manager to set the "Switch off after" for the display but the display does not power off. It goes blank, but I can see the LED backlight of the monitor.
I don't recall this problem with 16.04.4 - I think it turned off the display after the time expired.
I'm using an Nvidia GTX 1050 with a Dell E2311H monitor on DVI.
