Zsteg output analysis

I am not a native english speaker, and i will make some errors.
But i need your help.
I am new in Steganography and i am not sure if there is some
hidden Data.
I will prushiate your hints and meanings.

Will a convert from jpg to png corruppt the hidden Data?
