Lenovo can't install 18.04

Hello,

I try to install 18.04 on a lenovo laptop.I tried the USB stick on another ASUS laptop and I can install ubuntu but I can't boot on Lenovo Laptop with the same usb Stick.
I change the boot device order on the bios but the laptop don't boot on the USB stick.
On this laptop there is currently W8 and Ubuntu 17.10 on dual boot.

What can be the issue ?
