Hi Team

I am not able to install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS downloaded from below link

using bootable USB as I am following below options

1. Connect USB pendrive to laptop
2. Press F12 Boot options
3. Select USB drive
4. The screen with Ubuntu is shown.
5. Now I get some issue here, after step 4 the screen directly jumps to the Ubuntu desktop and I don't get any of the options as mentioned in the below link

https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/tutorial-install-ubuntu-desktop#4

6. Again when i repeat step 3 and press enter I get the language popup and after selecting language I get the multiple options as

Try Ubuntu without installing
Install Ubuntu
Check system ......

7 . After I following step 6 and click install Ubuntu, again I directly get the Ubuntu desktop as
mentioned in point 5
The Ubuntu is choosing the try without installing Ubuntu version by default. The Ubuntu desktop has a install Ubuntu 18.04 installable which don't work on double click and throws error that there is some problem with the system.

8. When I select Check system option as in step 6 the system gives a message as one system error found, press any key for restart.

I don't understand why I get these issues. Please help urgently

Did you verify the download with either an md5 checksum or an shasum before putting it on the usb and also, how did you put the iso on the usb, what software did you use?
