I Broke the Cinnamon

Hi,
I broke the Cinnamon desktop env. https://imgur.com/BWrohla How can i repair it?

Create a new userid. Logout. Login using the new userid.

If everything is fine, then the issue is with the config files from the old userid.

That could well be a theme issue. I had that problem using the Mint-Y theme from Git.
Try changing the theme and see if the problem still persists.
