error messages prior to installation

I am getting the 2 following lines when booting up to the ISO image:

Platform wdat_wdt: Failed to claim resource 1
ACPI: Watchdog: device creation failed: -16

Should I be concerned about these message or should I just ignore and go ahead with OS installation ?

Which version of Ubuntu are you installing? And what are the computer's hardware specs? Did you verify the ISO? Is there an OS on the computer now?
