hi,
in alternate installer, there is a function for recognizing the keyboard
by press some keys for recognize it automatically ...

Is it possible to have it on installed system and run it standalone?

is there a way to reconfigure keyboard replaying question (at point 4th)

it's in the cdebconf-keystep source package, but as far as I know nobody's ever done the work to integrate that in such a way that it could run in an installed system
