I am trying to install Ubuntu 16.04 (dual boot) in my lenovo ideapad 310 laptop (window 10 previously installed), but at the time of booting from bootable USB i shows error saying -
platform MSFT0101:00: failed to claim resource 1
acpi MSFT0101:00: platform device creation failed :-16
nouveau 0000:03:00.0: unknown chipset (1180f0a2)
Still I installed it and now after installing I see that Ubuntu is very slow like I open anything new terminal,System setting or something else it opens in 2-3 flashes very slowly.
but when i boot ubuntu in recovery mode it works fine.
my laptop has NVIDIA GeForce 920MX but Ubuntu is using Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe(LLVM 3.8,256bits) and when i install NVIDIA driver and reboot it get into a login loop.
please help i am trying to solve this problem from a long time but no results.
