Hi I just did a clean install of 17.10 for my mother to replace her ageing celeron pc. When I am in the greeter and select cairo-dock as the WM, it just returns to the greater.
I have read it has issues with wayland and needs to use X11, but I don't know how to force it to use X11, and not wayland.
Help is appreciated.
