I'm new to Ubuntu and have a lot of questions. I want to interact with someone, because it'll be faster for me than to ask every question online. Is there a service I can purchase? I'm not a Dev or a computer expert and I don't care about doing it all by myself. I have basic questions about using this OS.

Welcome to the forum.

Thread moved to The Cafe, as New to Ubuntu is for technical questions.

This forum is definitely the best way to ask questions. There are no stupid questions, so ask away!

We were, every one of us, total n00bs when we started.

I can't think of any organisation that will sell you personal tuition. I know it might be slower than you would like, but I agree with oldrocker99 that here is the best way to ask questions unless you can find a local linux user group to join. There's no shortage of people who can answer the easy beginner type questions here and we like to feel we can help.

Ubuntu comes with a Desktop User Guide. It is called Ubuntu Help. Here is an online version for Ubuntu 17.10.

Find a local Linux User Group meeting.
That's a lot of what they do.

Ubuntu phone??

I think the OP was looking for Ubuntu support by phone rather than support for the Ubuntu Phone.

As a point of information, the OP registered, posted and logged out all within the space of 2 minutes. Experience shows that people who do that very rarely come back again. I offer this so that members can make an informed decision as to whether they feel it worthwhile responding.

@johnnybatch, if you do decide to come back, you are most welcome to ask your questions on this forum. Do be prepared to wait longer than two minutes for answers though!
