simple burn to CD WR

14.04 brasero is there a simple way to burn mp3 files onto a cd rw and play on an older cd player..??or do I have to have a cd R ??

That will be totally dependent on the CD player itself; some probably will read a CD-RW, others will not.

Have look for info on the CD player as it will probably be easy to find such detail on the web if you search the make and model number.

Moved to the Cafe as it has nothing to do with Ubuntu or any other Linux OS.

You probably also need to convert the MP3 files to .wav format.
