I have an issue where it seems like the scaling of the notifications and the notification tray are way too large.
I have attempted to edit the .css files for the gnome shell theme in /usr/share/theme and reboot the system but it has not seemed to help.
I am running ubuntu 17.10 and GNOME Shell 3.26.1. Any advice would be appreciated. I here are some screenshots for examples.
