System Error - Crash & NTFS problem

I have installed the kubuntu in my laptop.
My system gets often crash report.
I search internet and got the location of the crash report.

I want to fix the kubuntu.

I have installed NTFS tool to read and write the windows drive. But its not working.
I could not able paste or move any files in NTFS folders.
