Hi,
I upgraded from 17.04 to 17.10 yesterday. Lots seems sparkly and new but one thing has stood out as a problem immediately. These are my networking settings.
My wired network settings failed to connect despite having been ported over. Changing them to manual and inputting them failed to resolve the issue. Eventually I created a new wired connection with the same settings and it worked perfectly straight away.
My VPN settings however are being more stubborn. These were also ported over during the upgrade but failed to work and creating a new VPN connection with the same settings has failed to resolve this. I double checked the settings against those given by my provider and still no progress. Is there anything I might be missing?
